I didn’t have any nightmare about James yesterday night – such a great thing, especially compared to the bloody dream that had hunted my Thursday night, last week. I was able to listen to him today, comfort him through his fears and his many worries, and I think he understood that I believe in him and in his innocence, or at least lack of criminal intentions.

He is so scared, it is painful to watch. And he feels so lonely, he feels that nobody can understand him. I did everything I could to reassure him: I can understand him, and I will keep doing my best to convince him that he can count on me. It’s a difficult and long process, but I’m confident that I can make him feel better.

With this final touch of hope I’m ready for the weekend.

All my best wishes,
Dr. Alexander Williams
